Recently Spiral Friends, Inc had released a new online web service called SpiralTrac. This new online service will help you keep track of all that wonderful amount of information you have to deal with in your day to day lives.

The first version of the service contains a Issue Tracking system along with a CRM solution. The interface was created with simplicity in mind, so that it's easy to pick up and run with. The next solution to be added to their system is a Reporting Center, which will "allow you to slice your information any way you need, allowing you to assess your business while giving you a leg up on the competition."
